Memorial Day means a chance to reflect. In our newest window display, we honor our ancestors and what they gave so we could have what we have today. It is a time to pay tribute to our ancestors and maybe put flowers on a grave, attend a parade and pay respects to the military that have paid the ultimate price – their life- so we can live free. My father taught me a poem that he recites every Memorial Day. It goes something like this….
